Hi, I’m Kristi — Certified Holistic Health Coach &

I'm also a wife, a mom, and a busy woman navigating real-life chaos just like you.

I have always known I was a sensitive soul, and spent most of my life thinking it was my biggest flaw.

Being called "too sensitive", "dramatic", "needy, "crazy". 

I had these big feelings and overwhelming emotions and never knew that I was actually blessed with the greatest gift-

turning my sensitivity into my super power,

I have now created an external reality that is so aligned and feels good, to me.

And that is exactly what I am here to help you do for yourself.

 

 The 12-Week Framework

Each phase builds on the last- guiding you from energetic awareness to embodied intuition.

 Weeks 1–3 | Energetic Awareness: The Inner Shift

Theme: Becoming Conscious of the Inner World
You’ll begin by observing your thoughts, emotions, and energy patterns — and learning how to shift them.
You’ll discover how to reprogram your inner state and rewrite the story you’ve been living.

You’ll experience:

  • Deep self-awareness and emotional observation

  • A transformative subconscious reprogramming 

  • Body mapping + emotional intelligence tools

  • Journaling to uncover hidden stories and triggers

You’ll walk away with:
A new understanding of yourself — and the realization that you are not your emotions.

Weeks 4–6 | Nervous System Regulation: Creating Safety

Theme: Your Body is the Home of Your Feelings
This is where you learn how to regulate, not react.
Through breathwork, meditation, and gentle somatic practices, you’ll release stored emotions and create safety within your body.

You’ll experience:

  • Coherent and emotional release breathwork

  • Practices to move from fight-or-flight into calm presence

You’ll walk away with:
The ability to calm your body, trust your emotions, and return to peace — no matter what’s happening around you.

 Weeks 7–9 | Embodied Nourishment:

Supporting Calm through the Physical Body

Theme: Feed Your Calm
You’ll discover how your physical body supports your emotional balance — through nutrition, movement, and rest.
Because a steady blood sugar = a steady nervous system.

You’ll experience:

  • Nutrition guidance to stabilize mood and energy

  • Mindful eating + body-based awareness

  • Movement practices that feel nurturing, not punishing

  • Rest and recovery as sacred rituals

You’ll walk away with:
A body that feels like a safe, grounded home — and a new respect for how food and movement influence your emotions.

Weeks 10–12 | Integration & Intuition: Living as the Empowered Woman

Theme: Trusting Your Inner Voice
This is the final integration — where you embody everything you’ve learned and begin living from your intuition.

You’ll experience:

  • Daily intuitive check-ins

  • Visualization + higher self connection

  • Integration ceremony and closing ritual

You’ll walk away with:
The confidence to live guided by your emotions — not controlled by them.

You’ll step into life as the transformed, grounded, intuitive, powerful woman you were always meant to be.
