  • Twice-weekly check-ins via text/email for extra support and accountability

6 Week- "Reset"

A Gentle Kickstart Toward Reconnection

Perfect for women who want to dip their toe into the work, the 6-Week Reset is a powerful introduction to holistic healing. In just a few weeks, you’ll start to unlearn diet culture, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with what your body truly needs.

We’ll focus on clarity, small but impactful habit shifts, and helping you build a solid foundation for long-term change.

  • 6 coaching sessions (45–55 mins each)

  • A personalized wellness focus tailored to your current challenges

  • Weekly check-ins via text/email for ongoing support

  • Simple, practical tools you can implement immediately

12 Week- "Integration"

Full-Spectrum Support for Long-Term Change

The 12 Session Integration is the most in-depth option—designed for women who are ready to commit to deeper healing and full-spectrum transformation. This extended timeframe allows us to move at a compassionate, sustainable pace while supporting you through real-life ups and downs.

It’s for the woman who’s truly done with quick fixes and is ready to invest in lasting change—from the inside out.

What’s Included:

  • 12 coaching sessions (45–55 mins each)

  • A deeply personalized plan with space for exploration, expansion, and healing

  • Ongoing support between sessions (text/email check-ins twice a week)

  • More time to integrate nervous system regulation, intuitive eating, movement, and mindset shifts

  • Bonus tools and support tailored to your growth journey
